1. Digital Products (Video Wallpapers)
- No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of video wallpapers, all sales are final. Once a download link is generated and sent to your email, the product is considered consumed.
- EU Consumer Law Notice: Pursuant to Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), by purchasing digital content and requesting immediate access, you explicitly acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
- Technical Assistance: If you experience any technical issues with your file or download link, please contact us at yasastudios@gmail.com, and we will provide an alternative delivery method within 24–48 hours.
2. Physical Products (Custom Prints)
- Exemption from Return Rights (Custom Goods): Because all photography prints are custom manufactured strictly to your individual specifications (size, material) after the order is placed, they are non-refundable and exempt from standard 14-day return policies.
- Statutory Compliance: This policy is in strict compliance with Article 37, Paragraph 3 of the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača), which excludes custom-made goods (roba proizvedena prema specifikacijama potrošača) from the statutory right of withdrawal.
- Damaged or Defective Items in Transit: If your print arrives damaged during international transit (via DHL, FedEx, or other carriers), we will replace it free of charge under the following strict conditions:
- You must visually inspect the package upon delivery.
- Take clear, well-lit photos of the damaged packaging (tube/box) and the damage to the print itself.
- Contact us via email at: yasastudios@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the attached photos.
- Upon verification of the transit damage, we will initiate a priority reprint and ship it to you at no additional cost.
