1. Production and Processing Time
Since every photography print is custom-printed to order in our partner professional labs, please allow [e.g., 3–5] business days for printing, quality control, and secure packaging before your order is dispatched to the international shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Carriers and Tracking
- To ensure maximum safety and speed, all physical shipments are handled by premium international couriers, primarily DHL and FedEx.
- As soon as your package is dispatched, a tracking number and link will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
3. Delivery Estimates

- Please note that these are estimates. Delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country are outside of our control.
4. Packaging
All fine art prints are carefully rolled in protective archival paper and shipped inside heavy-duty, impact-resistant cardboard tubes to completely prevent bending or creasing during international transit.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
- For orders shipped outside of the Republic of Serbia (including shipments to the EU and USA), the recipient is the importer of record.
- The buyer is solely responsible for paying any import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country upon arrival. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
