- License Grant: Upon purchase, Yar Bulavin grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the video wallpapers strictly for personal, non-commercial use on your personal devices (phones, PCs, TVs).
- Commercial Restrictions: Any commercial use is strictly prohibited. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, rent, upload to public or stock platforms, use as a backdrop for commercial broadcasts, monetization streams, public venues, advertisements, or use the video materials for any other commercial purpose without prior explicit written consent and a commercial license from the author.
- Delivery: Digital products are delivered via an automated email containing a secure download link sent to the email address provided during checkout immediately after payment confirmation.
3. Physical Products (Custom Photography Prints) — Non-Commercial Use Only
- Personal Display Only: Physical prints purchased from this website are sold exclusively for personal exhibition, private collection, and home or private office decoration. Purchase of a physical print does not transfer any commercial display rights, reproduction rights, or copyright.
- Made-to-Order Specification: All photography prints are custom manufactured strictly upon order according to your selected size, paper type, and specifications. Production begins immediately after payment confirmation.
- Color Accuracy Disclaimer: We strive to display product colors accurately. However, because individual monitors and screens vary in calibration, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be a 100% exact match to the physical print.
4. Pricing, Payments, and Currency Conversion
- Prices on the website are displayed in Euro (EUR).
- Payments are processed via PayPal or third-party payment gateways.
- If your local currency is Euro (EUR) or any other currency, conversion will be handled automatically by your payment provider or our gateway at the current exchange rate. We are not responsible for any additional foreign transaction or conversion fees charged by your financial institution.

All photographs, videos, text, graphics, and website design are the sole intellectual property of Yar Bulavin and are protected by international copyright laws. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of this website or purchases made herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Serbia.
